No. Ownership, title and cadastral boundaries must be verified through the appropriate official land administration and survey processes.
No. The estimated land value is a modeled spatial reference estimate. It is not a statutory or certified property valuation.
The Quick Check provides selected preliminary location information such as location details, major-road accessibility and basic terrain information.
The report provides a broader assessment that can include infrastructure and services, terrain and relief, mapped water and hazard indicators, ecological screening, the Land Potential Score and estimated land-value intelligence.
No. The score is a preliminary decision-support indicator. A purchase decision should still be supported by legal, cadastral, planning, environmental, physical and financial due diligence.
The platform should not be interpreted as guaranteeing future appreciation or a future sale price. Forecast-related products should only be relied upon when specifically identified as active and validated within the platform.
Spatial datasets can differ in date, resolution, completeness and positional accuracy. Important findings should therefore be verified on the ground and through appropriate official sources.
Complete a land analysis, select an available report product and follow the payment instructions shown by the platform. The report becomes available after successful payment verification.
Where report history is available through your signed-in account, previously generated reports can be accessed through the appropriate activity/report controls.
